SIUE’s STEM Center Leads Successful Girl Scouts Virtual Summer Camp

Even with face to face summer camp an impossibility, the SIUE STEM Center, in collaboration with the Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois, offered summer activities to the girls from grades 1st through 8th. Twenty-five girls, via ZOOM, shared and discussed their math and science projects for one hour a day during a week in July. These are tough times, but these scouts had a great time with the help of SIUE STEM Center and the Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois.
